Psd to WP course recommendations anyone??

PROGRAMMING

Hi, just a quick question - I've tried googling and the like, but I'm looking for a back to basics tutorial / course on creating a Wordpress theme. I'm good with HTML, CSS and php, but can't seem to find an up to date tutorial that starts from the beginning.

If anyone has any recommendations (even for paid courses) please let me know.

You may try tut+ video tutorials as well. (though they are premium but 1 month subscription should be fine for you ) .

  Agree with you, I learned converting psd to wordpress in tuts, I downloaded tuts videos there step by steps..

There's really nothing special about PSD to WordPresss (CSS, HTML and PHP).

AwfulMedia on Youtube is having a whole series covering Wordpress theming. It's up to date in my opinion. If you have already some experience with HTML, CSS and PHP then you'll have the general idea what to do in each step. Here's the link:
