Update a WordPress Twitter plugin to new Api

I am considering having a Twitter wordpress plugin updated to their new Api.Is this a big job or more like something I should turn to Fiverr to?

    It depends which API update is needed. An API upgrade a few months back from Twitter needed few lines of code changed to make it updated to latest API... do not know if it is some recent API update you talking about or this plugin is old one and need that old API upgrade... it will depend on your plugin and twitter API change... you can try Fiverr if it solves your issue well and good, if not , you can ask some developer to fix it for you.

    It would be best to replace the plugin, if they are not keeping up with Twitter, they are surely not keeping up with Wordpress which is changing every 4 months or so.

    Just google "Twitter WordPress Plugin", and you should be able to find the plugins that are used the most, and it would be updated a lot too.

      You might just use the search on WordPress, I would suggest you start with

      WordPress › Highest Rated « WordPress Plugins

      and page down for the "top rated" twitter plugin.

      also perhaps page through "most popular" and see if there's any difference.
