Is This Available OR Can someone Program it?

OK, I know the technology exists because I found a couple sites that offer this as a paid service.
I want to know if there is a script that I can install on my own site to do the same thing. I work with offline clients and want their customers to be able to leave VIDEO testimonials by way of their celll phones.

Basically customer would use their cell phone video recorder to record a testimonial then they would go to a link and be able to hit an upload button, then upload the video and it would then post on a specific page of a website.

In a nutshell I want to be able to do something like what these 2 sites do but on my own domain and under my control

Anyone know of a software script that will do that?

    I could write a script that checks an email account every so often and pull videos from it. The videos could be saved anywhere you want on the server and a link to them added to a db.

    That is a horrible solution. So the users have to upload the video somewhere, then email a link to this guy, then a script checks the email and grabs the video link and adds that to a DB. Why so complicated?

    I am unsure if there is a ready made solution out there for this, but I see two viable options:

    1. User can record video on phone/computer and then upload it to your website through a form on your website. I would use a JS upload script to make everything look nice:jQuery File Upload Demo

    2. You get an app developed (ios/android). The user records the video and it gets uploaded to your server.

    #1 is clearly the easier/cheaper way to do this, while #2 is a lot easier on the user.

      NO! They record the video and then email it! Not upload it 'somewhere' then email a link. Simply ATTACH the video to an email. This system has worked and still works for multiple sites.

    any ideas.
    The nuts and bolts of what I want is for a customer to be able to when finished with a meal at a local restaurant to be able to pull out their cell phone record a video testimonial and then be able to go to a site to upload it or when they get home they can go to the site and record with their webcam. just like the plugin does in the video..
    This opens up offline business to have best customer video or funniest customer video contests. Video testimonials or contests right in a face book post, testimonials, quite a few options.
    done as a plugin where it can be installed on any wp site I think is the ideal situation.

      I can write a mobile app that would be cross platform (Android, IOS, Windows Phone)...They open the app, record and the app does the rest.
