Put ad banner next to header text

I just installed an ad plugin to my site and it makes it pretty simple to put ad banners where ever you want with a shortcode. I wanted to use some of the empty space in my header for a banner, but the problem is that the banner have to be either under or over the text; I want it next to the text.

I guess it might be easier to do this with coding and just remove the entire plugin I'm using now, but I'm totally green when it comes to coding. So maybe someone have a good suggestions as to how I can do this?

    First thing: what kind of CMS do you use?
    2'nd thing: what plugin do you use?
    3'rd thing: your website is?

    For a real opinion, we should see the website. It's the only way someone could give you an advice.
