Html preview album

I have many html page templates for mini-sites, squeeze pages, headers, thank you pages, etc. Most of them are in individual folders along with the images or css info that they might need. My neighbor comes over with a great election campaign idea and asks me to throw up a Red, White & Blue page ASAP. I'm sure there is a beautiful template on my hard drive somewhere but it is faster for me to create it from scratch than try to open a few hundred template folders until I (hopefully) find the right one.

Is there an "HTML Preview Album" maker out there? It would have to look through directories and sub-folders and when it found an HTML file, open it and somehow create a viewable thumbnail that could easily be seen and sorted in an album type folder. I just want to scroll through these HTML files like they were jpg images.

I have gone through a lot of the sites returned by searching for "HTML viewer" and "HTML previewer" but haven't found anything like this. Of course, if someone comes right back with a solution for this, I'll ask if it works on php page templates. I was almost afraid to ask because it seems like this would be a common problem and I'm just overlooking the obvious.
