PHP Help Please!

PROGRAMMING

Hi, I'm a newbie to PHP and MYSQL. I recently purchased PHP Link Cloaker, and have been trying to install it, and it's not working. Very frustrating!

The install video is PHP Link Cloaker Install_demo

I did everything exactly as told. Difference is I just used the Cpanel of my host iPowerweb to create a new MSQL Database, but gave full permission rights, as instructed.

Uploaded the entire folder exactly as instructed. Changed the permission rights to db.php, as instructed.

The problem is that when I try to go to /recommends/install.php it says page cannot be found! Any info would be much appreciated. Please help!

spelling is correct. I'm having major problems with my ipowerweb hosting at the moment. For some reason, EVERYTHING doesn't want to work! Not even hosted images, index.html files etc. Killing me!

Sounds like a .htaccess file issue.

Your .htaccess file is trying to run some RewriteRules, and this is stopping your ordinary files (PHP, images, HTML files etc) from showing.

See if you've got any .htaccess files in the root of your web site, and rename them. See if that makes any difference.

could be .htaccess or it could be an interior directory. If you're hosting at dreamhost your content goes in foo.com/ but if you're using mediatemple it goes in foo.com/html/

A page not found error isnt a PHP issue, its a web hosting issue . I'm guessing the files aren't in the right place.

Hi guys. You were right. I was using a stealth redirect to another site. is there a way i can still have a stealth redirect, but not having the issues I was having?
