Wordpress affiliate banner plugin like empower network

I noticed that on empower network the blogs automatically comes with banners to promote the EM products and signup..

Is there a wordpress affiliate product that can allow me to have each blog automatically be filled with 1-3 banners and automatic affiliate ids? I created a system similar to theirs and need that function.

I hope I make sense and can find this plugin or program

    There are many plugins that handle banners/ads just about any way you might want to display banners, but you are going to have to tell them which banner/ad you want and where and when.
