How to convert jpg to a advertising script ?

On my wordpress hosted sites I use quickadsense as the ad server plugin.

I have had a request to place a banner ad on one of the sites.

The banner is a jpg image.

Is there a wordpress plugin that will convert the image to a script?

Hopefully my technical terms are correct.

    You don't need a script for one ad. Wherever you insert the ad image(perhaps in your header or sidebar) insert the link to make your image clickable.

      My prospective client is wanting the banner to show at the top of all pages.
      That's is why I am trying to find a plugin or something of that nature that would allow me to use the ad serving plugin I am currently using.

    You can install the "Black Studio TinyMCE Widget"
    Add it to the widget area, call the image into this position and make a link back to your advertisers website.

    Alternatively, you can upload the image to your server and make use of the TEXT Widget to insert it into the position you rightly desire with the html code below:
