Has anyone ever got a response from a support ticket from them? I have submitted three tickets on various matters in a little over a week and so far no response. It is like a black hole.
I uploaded an app a couple days ago I had built that was rejected for a reason that was untrue and made no sense what so ever The rejection comes from a "no-reply" email address. I opened another support ticket on that asking for reconsideration but hold out little hope that I will get a reply to that based on past experience.
