Geo Location for commercial PHP scripts

I am developing a PHP script that I plan to sell to people.

This script is going require getting website visitor's geographic location. I'm aware of free options that do this. I'm currently using geoplugin.net while I test things out. The problem with free options is that they can't be used in commercial applications.

I've looked at maxmind but it seems that if you order from there then only YOU or your direct company are allowed to look at the data. I need my customers to be able to view their own data.

Lots of scripts that warriors use have this ability but I'm struggling on how to do this legally. What kind of options are there?

Thanks for the tip. That kind of software license offered for that script is what I'm looking for because I do plan on selling this to multiple end users.

But unfortunately, that software is contingent on html5/js being the driver for it. I need something that PHP can accomplish in the back end because what I'm ultimately doing for my script is click tracking.

(visitor clicks tracker link then PHP gets the IP and detects the country via IP and stores it. Then visitor is redirected to proper link)

You could distribute a script which doesn't include any data whatsoever. Within your product, have another script which downloads GeoIP data from Maxmind into the users installation. The GeoLite City database from Maxmind is quite good, by the way.
