HTML5 Affiliate Signup form Getresponse integration
Hello,
The title says it all.
After affiliates visited my JV invite text, scrolling down to the bottom there I would like to have a signup form with:
- Name
- Email
- Clickbank ID
After affiliates signed up they get access to my affiliate resources.
How do I get that, and more importantly, how do I integrate this with Getresponse?
