hello guys i want create a cutome page template in php plus i want to iframe a site in it and want to set it up as static page

    Your question is not very clear. If you are setting up a plain php page then you should research how to create templates with php. If you are using a content management system like wordpress or drupal, then you should research how to create a 'custom template for wordpress' or 'custom template for drupal.'

      You can customize en existing template on wordpress for your static page if that's what you are asking.

    If you are a beginner then I would agree with toddchaney, editing an existing theme, with the same layout as the way you want it too, would be your best option. However, if you are willing to learn everything from top, then there are a lot of tutorials (YouTube, google) that should help you. Although, customizing would be the easiest you can go.

    I'm not sure what you are asking about. If you're using wordpress or any framework like drupal or joomla, you can setup a static page with it, you can search about it

    or If you're asking on how to edit a template on those frameworks, that will depend on the template that you want to use. Customizing it is easy and doesn't require a programming skills.
