wordpress can't logout

Warriors, I have a wp site, before this I can smoothly login n out of my website, but now recently I can't logout of my website, not from the dashboard, but from the frontend of my website.

Visitors can register to my website, login n out (using modal plugin), and they just browse in the site frontend only.

After doing activities they wanna logout, they can't do that. So they just close the window n login again in the future (maybe session expired n will auto logout,, I don't know).

When clicking the logout button, they just redirected and remained in the same page. Nothing happened...

What do you think I should do?

    Hi visimedia,

    I am sure some WP guru will answer this question. However if nothing works then just take the back up & re-install everything. That should fix the problem.

    You should run through your plugins quick to make sure one is not causing a problem.
    Here is the basic rundown to see if it's a plugin.
    WordPress Plugin Troubleshooting Flowchart
    Are you using "Theme My Login"? It's a good plugin but may be conflicting with something else.
    Make sure it's not a plugin or theme conflict first before doing anything else.

    one solution of this problem is uninstall the plugin and reinstall it

    I had this problem and it was due to 'theme my login' plugin so I deleted it.
