He ordered links to most of the people who replied in this thread and did not pay saying that his paypal account is blocked and having problems. But if this is really the case, Joel, how come you still have a new thread in this forum saying that you are accepting payment through Paypal only?

Hope someone in this thread will report Joel to the mod especially those who had been his victims.

EXCUSE ME! Please do not accuse me. I am not lying and have already contacted the Paypal staff about this. I am no scammer alright! I am accepting payments from another account and I have already said sorry I cannot pay back you because of this verified process thing.
