Local 7 Pack - Not working :/

My client has requested that they would like to be listed in the 'Local 7 Pack' for their area. I wasn't to sure how to go about doing this so I conducted some research.
I have gained access to their Google+ account, I changed their title/name of whatever it is, to '(company name) Hypnotherapy' - yes they are looking to target hypnotherapy in a area.
The profile address is correctly setup, including their area.
I did this around two weeks ago - no results, they still do not appear in the Local Listings. They have a verified Google+ account, although they don't have a verified link - but the 'Link Website' option doesn't appear.
Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.
