changing the wordpress theme.

hello warrios,

i have been using wordpress personal press theme, but now i don't like this one and want to change it and install another theme or even a new engine. problem is that i have already ranked this website on google search engine results, so i don't want to loose my position. My friends suggested not to change theme, how do you think should i change it or not??? will it cause any problem in terms of loosing position in search engines???

    If you are changing a theme be sure to keep your current content on the same pages and structure does not change.

    Changing the theme should not affect you since the content stays the same, the keywords remain unchanged and nothing that google's crawlers index is suffering any modification, really. It is just a formal change, to say so. Thus you shouldn't worry about it.
