I'm planning on outsourcing all my SEO but don't know how to go about it. My websites are very small, only a few pages. Should I use SEO services here or get a VA and give them instructions for ranking?

Any help is appreciated

You need to decide a keyword that you want to rank. Then make a SEO plan include budget and outsource SEO expert or link builder.

Definitely..! There are a lot of backlink services on forums (include this forum), Fiverr, SEOclerks, etc. You need to check out reputation and testimonials and compare prices. Think about quality over quantity.

  • Yes friend you can outsource SEO for your website. At first set your keywords and then hire any SEO expert through ellance, odesk and many other sites, or you may contact any reliable SEO firm like The Miami SEO Company for your website.

before outsourcing you need to do some SEO yourself and spot what works and what doesn't

would be a waste of money to pay for outsourced ineffective work

I'm proud to say that I've never been responsible for a site that has been punished by any of the Google Panda/Penguin updates.

I've seen my fair share of Google fallout though, usually brought forth by someone after they've seen their traffic tank. They don't know what happened, why, or much less how to fix it.

If you outsource on odesk, you do need a credit card, elance accepts prepaid card and fiverr accepts paypal, thats about payment gate, these freelance networks has the similar hiring process. Posting a job, review applicant proposal then decided to hire, you can choose the entire whole project base or hourly base.

Dear god, please don't waste your money on services like these. Notice the "sales page" doesn't even have any likes on it?

Grab yourself an SEO book, and do it yourself, or prepare to open your wallet and dig deep for anybody that's worth paying for the job.

If it's a small website you can most likely farm out all the SEO yourself to a freelancer. Freelancers can key in all of your client's NAP citations. Finding freelancer to relevant backlinks maybe another story though and you should do those yourself.

Local backlinks to Chambers of Commerce, local business journal and paper listings, industry trade websites and forums are great backlinks, but must be relevant and well executed. You should do those yourself.
