Does anyone care about Bing and Yahoo?

I just realised that we're ranking way better in Bing and Yahoo than in Google.
But does anyone care about these? Do people really use them?

    Check your analytics, is there worthwhile traffic coming from those search engines for you? If so, persue it.

    My general rule is that 90% of organic traffic will come from Google, and 10% from any other search engine. This is why it is not a big factor for me.

    Traffic will vary slightly between search engines depending on niche and keywords but if I were you I would continue to focus on Google and then make your own judgement for your own scenario.

      It seems as though all of the focus is on Google. It would make sense to start your efforts there first and add Bing and Yahoo to the strategies for spreading your reach after you have mastered Google, it should be fairly simple to tackle the others.

    Bing will provide you very low traffic than google. But they dont have any penalty almost lol so steady traffic.

    I would say YES, i have seen a few people whose site gets good traffic from Yahoo and/or Bing than Google and are satisfied with it. I guess it has to do with the niche thing.

      Yes people do care for Bing, I'm not to sure about yahoo.
      Especially if you want to place ads on bing, it is more cheaper and succesful then Google Adwords.

        All of the major popular search engines like google, bing yahoo are important for ranking high but if you target google for your traffic source I think you get traffic from all of the search engines.

    Bing and Yahoo is my Google graveyard. When sites tank on Google, they still get traffic from Bing and Yahoo. And I still make $1k-2k per month from them. So if a site still gets traffic, keep it. Don't throw away the money. Just create new sites for Google. Just view the Bing and Yahoo traffic as the frosting on the cake. You don't need to optimize for yahoo.

    I do care about my rankings in Bing and Yahoo if the keywords I'm ranking for have a decent number of monthly searches in Bing/Yahoo. I care about anything that can bring me extra traffic.

    Why not? Bing and Yahoo still have 10-15% of search engine users. Despite Google have big users, you can nail it on BING/Yahoo because less competitor. Its good to have your content that can be found anywhere, it will help your ranking.

    Every Drop counts. I once had google Sandbox a site and i could break even only because of Yahoo. The traffic is 20% or lesser on yahoo but that 20% could make a great difference. Trust me its worth it
