    If you want to get top ranking in local search engine results listing then must pay attention over the local sites, attain backlinks from local websites alike:

    1) Submit website in local listing.
    2) Generate backlinks from local directories.
    3) Post content in local classified ads.
    4) Join local forum posting and etc.

    If your website has quality backlinks that coming from local sites, then that will definitely appear in the top results listing of your target keywords.

    The best way is to use yext, a paid service, but they get your local directory listing out to a ton of places, and more importantly, the listing is always the same. Same address, same tel, same email, url etc.

    Google loves this and your business will show up under local rankings much faster. Also have a google+ account that is tied to your local business website.

    Promote the website with the local address and phone number in the internet as we usually do in traditional marketing. And upon promotion Google itself will study the process and give a weightage to rank well enough in the search engine.
