use your keywords on every article, or whatever it is that you post so that it's easier for search engine to locate your website through your keywords. Not only it locates your website, but your post as well, leading your website to be seen also.

You want to build a new page / post for each keyword that you want to rank.

You can use variations of that keyword throughout your page / post.

I need a help with my website, I would be more than happy if you'll take a look at my site and tell me what I did wrong..

I opended a site a few months ago: www.*********.net. I chose the main key word "labrador training" and 5 more keywords for the articles, which is:
      Labrador Retriever Training
      Training Lab Puppies
      Train a Better Labrador
      Labrador Training Tips
      Lab Puppy Training

I ordered 1 article per each keyword, but for some reason I didn't index on Google with these keywords.

I only indexed on google with the main keyword on the page 8. I have build backlinks to the home page of my site, maybe I should build backlinks to all the pages to index all the keywords on Google ?

Thank you if you could help me if will be nice
Hello, I'm posting this PM I received from gnr991 in the Seo section so others may chime in if they wish.

I would start with building strong links to your homepage. Your main keyword for your homepage (and site) is what you are aiming to rank. The other pages should be 'supplemental' and on topic to your main niche, or website's theme, in your case, 'Training Labrador Dogs' and that sort of thing. Start with the homepage. As it starts ranking higher, go ahead and backlink to your inner pages, using similar keywords to those pages.

I wouldn't look at your homepage being on page 8 as something you did wrong, I would look at it as an accomplishment and something to work forward with. It will take time, slow and steady wins the race!

p.s. Your website looks good to me

Its upto you. You can either take a single keyword or multiple keywords, but I suggest you to go with multiple one.

This is a very good question. And recently I have been explained about this.

These are points that you should keep in mind while choosing your right landing page for the keywords

    1. Differentiate the page on the basis of services i.e you should target only those keywords which is relevant to the landing page otherwise it will cause higher bounce rate and visitors bounce back.
    2. If you already have pages and wondering which keyword should be taken most appropriate, Then search this command in Google - "keyword" site:yourdomain.com this will shows the most preferred URL(if your website pages are already indexed)
    3. If your website pages are not indexed, neither you have created pages then it is advisable to target not more than 5 keywords per URL.

I hope these suggestions will solves your query
