How to create Facebook accounts/G+ listings

For PBNs

Facebook account needs a mobile number to be authorized and G+ business listing sends a physical postcard to the address (I would like the listing to make the site seem more genuine).

How do you get around this, especially the Facebook thing? I see alot of people teaching how to setup PBN sites and most also say use social media to legitimize the site but none mention how to set up the accounts as they require mobile/cell numbers

any help on this would be great

    You don't need a mobile number to create a business page for Facebook.

    For the Google+ thing, I wouldn't bother. If it is not a real business, don't setup a business listing.
