Changing Old Address to New Address in Google Maps

I have a client who has changed his old address to his new address in google maps. Everything is cool there if you look up his map in google.
But when you do a search for the keywords that represent his company - I got him in the top three on the first page. The problem is that right below his listing it has a line for the searcher to drill down. On this line, it shows his old address. So he's been on me in getting it changed (still not happy that I got him from #73 to #3). I've been in his google maps account and saw that the SEO before me has the correct address in there on google maps - but that darn listing is still showing the old address.
Is there a way for an administrator or someone from Google to get it changed? The map has been changed months ago. I can't change it myself. Anyone have any suggestions?
