Best PPC book written by a warrior?

Hi All

I need to include a bit about PPC in my current project. It's not an area that I know enough about so I'm going to recommend people get someone else's ebook.

I could simply go pick one from Clickbank that had the best payout but I would prefer to recommend one written by someone here.

It would be good if it had an affiliate program, of course!

So whose would you suggest?

      I'll put in a third vote for James Schramko's Double Digit CTR.

      I ended up not doing PPC for now, but his course is very informative and easy to follow. I bought it a few months back when I was thinking about starting in PPC.
