Why the mixed results when checking backlinks ???

Hello bro's,
So im just doing a random backlink check i check GWT and i see a specific amount of URL backlinks, i also see the link i suspected i received from a PBN recently.
I then double check with AHREFs and also MAJESTIC, guess what both of them show nothing more than 2 URLS or referring domains.
Its also not showing the PBN link that GWT is showing, why is this ?
How can it be that GWT is showing it but 2 of the biggest players are not ?
