Hi All,
Just started Marketing for a Startup Company.

The Website isn't indexed at this stage.
Any tips for fast indexing?

I wouldn't worry about fast indexing. If you are promoting the site well, the search engines will find it. Even if you are not promoting it well, the search engines will find it.

I would also register it in Google Webmaster tools and submit the sitemaps.xml of your site
Linking from social media will help too.
