301 direct for multiple domains help

I am redesigning a website on domain A, which gets about 7k uniques per month. The new site will have very similar content but on a different page structure. I will map old URLs to new URLs with a 301 redirect plan. However, there are 200+ other microsites all sending traffic to the main site. None of them will be redesigned. They are all junk sites to intercept searches based on search term based URLs. I was planning to simply redirect those domains to the main, redesigned site on domain A.

Can anyone tell me if this is good, bad or if there is a better way to deal with this situation?
