SEO for beginners

Hi, I have a website (( CourseField )) and my traffic is 1000 users aproximitly per day but I want to increase the traffic. I have two months with this page and I earn 3 dollars per day with Adsense. I don't know if that is a good new because I don't have much experience with this but I want to learn everything. I hope you can help me and I am so sorry if my English is wrong but I learned to speak this language recently

PD: my pagerank in Alexa is 4,886 888

    1000 visitors a day isn't bad at all.
    Anyway, what are the things you've done for your site?
    I mean, what are your methods of getting traffic?

      Well, I posted everyday in groups of Facebook and Twitter and I've written in some English and Spanish forums like this. I've done SEO for example the sitemap, keywords in images, titles, in my template, etc. many people told me that I should write all my content in English because Adsense pays more than in Spanish and the traffic is more in English as well. I thought in change the language in my site to increase the traffic but I don't know if that is a good idea

    30.000 visitors that bring in $90/month. OMG

    1) I'd say start with getting rid of that huge slider, it annoys the hell out of me, and it popped up 3 seconds after I entered the site. I bet that will increase your CTR instantly.

    2) Move up that Adsense block higher in your sidebar

    3) Personally I'd remove the banner from your header, annoys me big time as well.

    4) Blend in your ads inside the posts, not on top of it in banner format or below it.

    5) Put the sidebar Adsense block as a floating widget (check terms to see if you don't break any rules that way)

    6) Clean up your site, way too many distractions, really your site hurts on my eyes, everywhere I see ads but I'm not inclined to click on any of them. A contextual Adsense block inside your posts without all the distractions would likely do MUCH better.
