Apart from Angela's and Paul package, anyone have any thoughts on any tools to help build backlinks?

    Plenty. First you should define what kind of backlinks you want. There's tools for every angle out there

    yeah it's important to go for quality over quantity as well.
    just do a search and see what comes up. If you have a website, put a recruitment section up there and advertise graduate jobs. Then inform universities, and some of them may link to your site. A link from them, is well worth a 100 links from spam sites.
