Anyone seeing a lot of dancing?

Had a client's site that was sitting in the 20's and 30's earlier last week, then jumped up to the 80's, settled into 12, 13 and 15 for a variation of keywords over the weekend for about 4 to 5 days and today it jumped back up into the 80's and deindexed for some keywords.
I haven't seen this much movement before for a page and wondering if anyone has seen the same.
I'm not worried as I know this is normal before it settles again but it's definitely dancing A Lot.
