Can Purchasing Retweets Harm Your SEO ?

I have just purchased SECockpit (SEO tool). These days social media tweets, shares and likes are crucial, if you want to rank high. There are website like Fiverr.com, retweets.pro, followers-and-likes.com where you can purchase retweets. My question is though: Can it harm your SEO because it isn't natural?

    Honestly nobody really knows what is driving SEO nowadays. We
    can only make educated guesses through Trial and Error.

    However, I have noticed 1 of my niche websites that the only SEO I did
    was Tweets and retweets was recently sandboxed from google. That being said
    I did send over 30k tweets to it (from real accounts) in under 1 month.

    I was hoping to make it look as if it went viral, so maybe it is just a dance
    and I'll come back stronger than ever. Whereas, another niche site I have has
    ranked with only social signals alone...

    Since tweets and shares have nothing to do with SEO in the first place,
    how can they possibly hurt?

    Buying youtube views could get your account deleted.
    Buying FB likes, followers, etc. is also against their terms.

    Using fiverr for anything like that could open your sites up to
    the whims of the knuckleheads on fiverr. Why deal with
    bozos?

    Forget social if SEO is what you want.

    Newsflash: If your sig says you are selling $5 PR8 backlinks, you are
    not a truthful person. Ether that or you just have no clue. That's as nice
    as I can put that on Christmas Day. And since buying youtube likes is
    against google terms, you are 2 time...um....well, you know.
