Adsense Good or Bad?

I have read some very negative comments regarding many different aspects of adsense. Is the program still worth participating in and if so, in what capacity? Is it worth it to design a whole site for adsense or is it just a fill in type thing for sites focusing on other types of revenue? All opinions would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Adsense is good if you know how to maximize your potential with it.

    Just don't violate the TOS, and you won't have any problems with them.

    Bad for those whose account have been disabled, who haven't achieved success with adsense yet.

    If you follow the TOS and earn with adsense then its always good for you and you will say that it has no alternative.

    well google adsense right now change there rules. Adsesnse is good if you know how to monetize you can earn more money their.. Bad it you dont know how to monetize also the account suspended, banned and block. That is too bad

      Adsense can be managed to profitability. It is also an excellent source of traffic for websites that can afford the investment and for sites that are starting up and need a jump start on traffic.

      That being said, you can take a bath, so choose your keywords wisely. Do a lot of keyword research and make sure you're assessing according to what keywords will convert rather than generic keywords which are more expensive and may not drive transactions.

    I wouldn't recommend designing a whole site for adsense alone, why not monetize it using other methods also. Adsense is perhaps the best among all other PPC publishing programs but not the best if you want to monetize a site.
