Meta tag problem in Google

I am using a plugin at my site howtotreatyeastinfection7.com but meta description I use doesn't appear at google?

Plz anybody check and guide me what is the actual problem?

There are so many variables. I'm not working on your business for free but i'll point you in the right direction. Check out this page from Google: https://support.google.com/webmaster...er/35624?hl=en

P.S: Titles and snippets are auto-generated by Google so don't freak out as its not unusual.

Yahoo and bing have no problem, but google is not taking my own meta keywords and titles??
