If you are on the WordPress CMS then you can install "Yoast" plugin and that's enough to help you in knowing all the optimisation recommendations , other than that you can try using Ahrefs or WebMeUp tools to get insights !

  Another vote for Yoast if you are using the Wordpress platform.
  
  Other than that, the best off-site tools that we use are Google's Webmaster Tools, obvious, but this should definitley be set up for your site.And the other one, for tracking of rankings, duplicate content, back link quality etc. we have been using MOZ Pro for a little while now, and find it great as everything is just in one place.
