Does anyone know of any type of service out there where people will search Google for your keyword and click on your site to help it rise in the search engines?

    No, there is none. But you can pay workers to do that for you using Amazon Mechanical Turk or any other micro job site.

    Don't waste your time on that.. you just see the effect just for a short period.

    Try to build a good way of link building and you'll get a better rank for a long terms.

    Come up with a good quality and unique content. For sure Google will list your site on their 1st page.

    The website position in search results can improve if there is a good user engagement your website, when the users click and enter. But,this cant be called as a reason for website to come up in results. The other SEO factors like quality content, rich backlinks etc., should definitely be considered.
