I think 150 livelinks is probably very low. I just ran a livelink check over 12 articles and got a average of 320 livelinks per article. Not very high also though..

I first do one submission, and just submit the next articles to the submitted directories to save time submitting to dead dirs.

I can imagine that the article dirs get spammed to death so maybe it's true the method is becoming less and less effective..

    All these Auto posters were killed by the penguin long ago.This is my experience. The article directories might help you in ranking when you are in the easiest of the easiest niches. Even when it was at its peak, it was hard to find an Article directory that has not been abused heavily. It also virtually killed my PC LOL. Final verdict, don't use it on your money site, it will have 90% fail-rate as well as get you a G - Penalty

    Penguin is a GREAT algorithm to smack you in the face with this strategy. Link directories and article marketing are the two worst type of links to be created with mass tools like the one you mentioned.

    AVOID building these links at all costs.
