Tracking CB product with Google Analytics?

Hi,

I am direct linking to a Clickbank product. Merchant offers a no popup link page Looks like this

http: //12345.abcd.hop.clickbank.net/?nopopup=1



Here 12345 my hopelink, abcd merchant page, (these not real links)

I need to append Google analytics code in the end of above urll.
How do I configure keyword level tracking with Google Analytic?

Let say my Google analytic code is EFGHIJK.

What should my destination url look like?

      Hi Amfire,

      Clickbank has a tracking ID function that allows you to append a unique identifier to any hop link.

      So in your example you could use the following hop link:

      http: //12345.abcd.hop.clickbank.net/?nopopup=1&tid=EFGHIJK

      Note: the TID parameter was appended to the query string portion of the URL.

      Now getting this data back into Google Analytics requires some CGI scripting on your end. You could also use the Clickbank instant payment notification (IPN) along with some scripting to trigger analytics conversions.
