Question about pre-loading page

I am working on a site that has a pre-loader page and then redirects to the landing page. Is there a way to tell the search engines to bypass the pre-loader and analyze the landing page content for ranking instead? Thanks in advance!

    I looked at the URL, it's a single page/URL with javascript loading a percentage on page load so there's no issue (it's only one page/URL).

      Yukon, what if it is not a java script & has two different URLs. For example there are some flash games websites that have twoi URL's

      www.site.com/preloader-page/game-name
      www.site.com/preloader-page/game-name/?play

      What will happen in this case?
