How to redirect and keep G. ranking?

Hi,
My site ranks well for a specific keyword, but unfortunately the page that ranks well is a portfolio page from the theme Newave. The portfolio page is not meant to be seen at all, instead the page is used in a one-page design.
Is it possible somehow to redirect the traffic to a section on the one-page?

The keyword is: restaurantlederuddannelsen
Which links to: http://asnaes-vangstrup.dk/newave_po...eruddannelsen/
Instead is should point to the relevant section on: Asnæs og Vangstrup

I guess a simple redirect to Asnæs og Vangstrup will work just fine, but will this hurt rankings?

    redirections are not all going to hurt your rankings, provided you are redirecting the visitors to a relevant page in your site that delivers what they are in search for.

    A 301 redirect tells Google that a certain page or site has moved. Therefore, it will keep it's rankings. It's not guaranteed though, but it works in most cases.
