Is link wheel effective Method or non-effective Method?

I need to know , is still now link wheel method working ? What method are you using for getting ranked on Google ? I can write better content. But i am really confused, where will i use it ? Cause, i don`t want to submit to non effective place. Who can`t give me benefit on my content. Tell me where i will post my unique content. That will provide me great backlink for ranking my site.

Link wheels are not worth the effort. They used to be, not anymore. Find some authoritative blogs in your niche and pitch them for a guest post.
