I was understanding it a couple times nowadays. Individuals saying "Don't search for a space with High PR. PR is not critical any longer."

More critical is DA/PA and Trust Flow? Really two days back I purchased some Pr3 spaces additionally with other great measurements like TF/PA/DA and so on., however are the Pr3 areas same with the Pr0 or Pr1-2 spaces for the rankings?

It would be pleasant in the event that somebody could clarify to me whats up with that?

Before I thought: As higher the PR (and other great measurements ofc) as better and speedier you get positioned.

People still use PR in evaluating links to a link source but since PR has not updated in a year and a half Pr is declining in importance. For example every new blog post is a PR N/A even if it has great strength

So to be more helpful you should look for High PA from Moz and good Trustflow. If its an older source you should also see some PR on the home page or closer pages to where you are placing/getting the links

An older site that was attracting links would have got some PR at the home page and some other pages as well.

I still use PR but do so in combination with link metrics from third party tools like ahrefs and majestic to determine if the PR is fake/real or if the page still has the PR it appears to have. For example, a PR 5 page that ahrefs shows to have lost many backlinks in the past few months is probably no longer a PR 5 page.
