I have used open site explorer to explore the backlink of the website below. However, this website can block anyone from checking its backlink. Anyone know how I can still see the backlink of this website?

Secondly, is, anyone know how they are able to do this?

Typically on PBN sites, tools like Spyder Spanker and Link Privacy by Jerry West are used to block reverse engineering bots (Google those and you will find them).
