Dear friends. Is there any benefit to get your likes manually on FB page and get your linkedin followers forcefully and get your G+ 1 forcefully. When a client says that I need 50 G+1 on my each landing page. I get irritate. There is nothing such new things in landing page no one wants to give +1 or like and why any body will give you like and share and give g+ because your landing page is all about services. There is nothing to learn and interesting.

But what should I do in this situation.

It's not mandatory to get plus ones or likes anything on Social Media, just a bit to show audience that your site is more popular.
I suggest you get real likes and plus ones from interested readers.

You are absolutely right Sir, but when a client says than what we should take action. It really irritates us as well others, whom we force to do like and G+1. Is there any negative impact in the eye of Google?

I would say one thing, do not buy Google+ likes, I had a friend who did this on his blog, he bought about 1000 Google+ likes but in the process/result ending in a massive drop in rankings shortly after.

I think Google is savvy enough to work out when "likes" have been obtained, and when they actually are legitimate, whether it is IP tracking unsure, but buying stuff like this in bulk you have no idea whether they are using the same IP address and so on, if so it is a big giveaway.

So just tell the customer no. It's not that complicated. The customer is not always right.

For something that is no going to happen, just say No. If they still insist for doing so, then you can suggest them a paid service (buying such likes from fiverr etc.) without taking any responsibilities.

usually clients don't understand what actually these activities can do and how they can affect. So, let your client tell about this and how long it can take to make a reputation in social media platforms. If he still not willing to accept it then simply say no. Sometime saying it can't be done don't make you the underdog, but it all about the understanding of the concept from client side.

Google made a G+ to be an alternative to Fb and Tw (they won`t leave a huge market like social media alone just like that).

Google made desperate move by opening all accounts (including G+) when you open Gmail... still nothing major happened

but before desperate move they decided to give a SEO value for G+ and take a lots of value from other social media that are in the way...

G+ do bring SEO value... and that`s the only reason people want it. Be sure of that (:
