Addon Domains Creates Automatic Subdomains

I have added two addon domains to my cPanel hosting recently. It also created two new subdomains to my primary domain as addon1.primarydomain.com and addon2.primarydomain.com

Whenever I visit these new subdomains it loads my addon domains' sites as they are completely different sites with duplicate contents of my addon sites'.
My question is, will this cause any problem in SEO of my addon sites?
If yes, how to solve this problem?

Some people tell me to redirect those subdoamins to my addon domains but I am not sure what to do.

It won't cause any problems with SEO. cPanel creates the addon domains as subdomains (although they will load properly when visiting the main domain) so you can put your files for that addon domain into that subdomain folder.

Thanks fpforum. Anyway I have also redirected subdomains to addon domains using the cpanel.

Files should be placed under the add-on domain itself, not the subdomains. I wonder how people come up with such terrible misinformation.
