I am a beginner, i need off page seo tips. I have created a website i am confused how to do off page seo. I know how to do on page seo which i have done

    Off page optimization is nothing but getting backlinks from quality sources. Get as many quality backlinks as you can from different sources, from quality websites, not from those crap websites like those foreign language spam websites. Your backlinks building process should not look suspicious to Google or other search engines.

      Yes, i agree. But off page optimation just important to many backlinks.i ask for you? How i know a website have a quality for backlinks?

    Off site optimization is about everything not related to the content on your website...
    1) Build backlinks.. do press releases, guest blogging, buy them on fiverr, submit to citations..etc.
    2) Build social media.. create accounts on Twitter, Facebook..etc. Post regularly and use popular tags.
    3) Promote in forums.. if there are popular forums related to your site, buy some advertising there
    4) Submit into DMOZ.. probably the only real web directory worth submitting into

    Anything else you can think of..Off site SEO is about getting your name out there any legitimate way you can!

    Try to build quality backlinks from quality sources. There are few methods, you can do it easily.

    1. Guest blogging.
    2. Blog commenting.
    3. Forum posting.
    4. Article directories.
    5. Answer sites.
    6. Youtube

    You should do it in right way. Some times, you will earn no follow links. No problem. You will get good targeted traffic.

    If you created site, you should concentrate more on Onpage SEO, and it properly, together with, of course, good keyword research!

    Offpage seo is not so easy... You need to have knowledge (but really good knowledge) and later money. Google made it very easy for "seasonal" SEO's to make things right.

    Just mentioned this in another thread, but I will give you a suggestion on how everyone should start their off-page SEO campaigns.

    Step 1: Find your biggest competitors and stick their URLs into Majestic, Ahrefs or OSE to find their backlinks.

    Step 2: Look at their backlinks. Look at the sites that link to them, look at where that link is placed. Study closely and find out how your competitors got that link.

    Step 3: Copy them. If your competitors can get a link there, so can you.

    That's a good couple of months worth of work right there. Enough to keep you busy.
