Reviews my new forum - how do I improve on it?

My forum is not much of a new one because I launched it december 2014. But anyways, I would like you in this forum to take a look at my young forum: RededCity Forum , and tell me what you think? What seo should I undertake? How best can I drive in good amount of traffic everyday?

    The title could be reworked your current title is
    RededCity - Nigeria's Best Online Discussion Forum

    also look at your threads i clicked on a random one and this came up for bird flu

    forum2_theme_111314821.xhtml?tema=9 (thats the thread title, says nothing about bird flu) so your not going to rank for it essentialy

    thread titles are not optimised

    you need to get aplugin of some description, something like mybb uses a google seomplugin that actually displays thread titles this will help you immensley

    Most of your threads are like that, so your losing traffic and simply not being found

    The first impression when I opened your website, it hurt my eyes. The colors are too bright and the theme needs to be changed (it looks unprofessional)
    A header image would be nice, your header is too empty. Maybe adding a logo would help as well.

    the green and the red are terrible and hard to read, for nice relaxed colours, and try to implement some sort of theme, you have reds, greens whites the lot, personaly i like to stick to a single theme based colour which is the signature of your site,


    create a professional logo for the top

    optimise those threads for titles

    rework the meta tags

    with websites, start from the top down,
    make notes of the points we raised and work through them

    also get rid of all the shit at the bottom, like traffic stats, you dont have any traffic so no point having a badge to highlight that

    you have twitter and facebook options aswell, right at the bottom? get them to the top and in better form

    lot of work to do here

    I would highly suggest you to change the tittles of the different forum sections to white! white on green is easier to notice. If you want to brand your forum, a nice logo would be a good idea.

    also, give your forum sections a little brief description and break each section into sub sections. This makes it more easy for your users to navigate on your forum and try not center everything.

    One thing I noticed...your header is not responsive. Make sure the site is completely responsive to the device that is used to enter it.

    Another thing you may want to do to make the site more user friendly...look into Tapatalk. It's also a way to attract more subscribers.
