Different software - different results LTP TT Ahrefs

I am testing LTP and i have lots of problems with this software. Firts of all it stops fetching or not start. I need to log in to different AW accounr or reset it and all the stuff which support tells me but this is so cumbersome. Second thing is competitors analize. The number showed on the list of kw ar sometimes lower then after i click "Analyze" buttin in Competitor Analysis tab.
Now i am checking a number of links to one site. LTP shows 3 inks and 1 juice link for the 1 spot of google. It is strange if i compare it to Traffic Travis where the number is almost 30k backlinks and 65 refering domains. Moreover Ahrefs.com shows 12k backlinks and 133 refering domains.
Can you explain me where those differences comes from and which software i should trust ?
