Why is my site map only showing some of my posts?

My last two blogs I have noticed that some of my posts don't show in sitemap. I just put five posts on the blog I am working on today, and I only see three.

Whatsup?

I am using Google XML Sitemap

    Please check in the settings section of Google XML Sitemap plugin. May, you are excluding some of the categories from sitemap ....

    I only have one category currently. Not planning an any others, but you never know. I am building thi to flip it.

    Should I change the sitemap? And which one would you recommend folks.
