I need a Term & Condition statement to put on my blog. Does anyone know of a generic one. I use a wordpress blog if there is a simple plug-in that would be very easy.

Here's what someone told me a long time ago - actually, a number of ppl. Look at other Terms & Conditions and see what they have (don't copy it though - just get the main jist of things). Then go ahead and create your own and add what you think should be in your Terms & Conditions.

so yeah - look at other sites and see what they have.

I agree with SCK. If your site has something someone in a cooperating country wants, a good T&C will discourage their stealing it. Anything you do on your own will not likely hold up in court. Of course, even the bet T&C will do no good for people in most Asian countries who do not cooperate with our owner rights laws.
