On page seo problem.

hello folks,


i made some one page Seo and linkback to one of my documents on the blog.
But than i recieved email from wordpres that there was a pingback on my website from same ip adress and it was waiting for approval. after i approved it it showed me that there was 1 comment on this post...

is it normal??

    Pingbacks/Trackbacks occur when Wordpress detects a link to a page on your site. Even an internal link will trigger it.

    I would turn them off. They provide zero value.

        first, contact the hosting company where your website is hosted, because when site is down it's bad sign for seo ..
