Hi sakra, so look I have tried to rank a .tk site once, I ended up spamming it to death, why? well first practice reasons and two because it was free I did'nt care about it...

The best way to start any type of business (even churn and burn) is to start it right the first time, I would always recommend the other TLD's over free one's but to answer your question

Yes it is possible to rank (depending on your keywords) you can rank quite well so always start with one seed keyword (weight loss) then related or linked to from that page aim for low to medium keywords first, try cover many variations of these as it's always best to target, well targeted visitors right? then increase your keywords from medium to high, it's always important to interlink these pages correctly but make sure they link atleast ay

I seen my .tk site rise to number 26 after 2 months of pure spam testing. So it would take time, Get wordpress and nextscripts, would help you automate this a little

    Have fun

I do not think Domain type will affect ranking, but new domain takes time to take place in the Google search engine, Old domain are the most trusted ones by all search engines.

It will affect a lot comparing to dot com domain. Also get the keyword domain to rank better place in search engines.
Free domains can be removed from your lists at any time without even offering time to your content.

.tk domains are mostly associated with spammy sites, so I'd advise you to stay away from them. Any other top level or ccTLD domain extension should be safe to use.

Thanks Dears for your replies , but what about the sub domains
what about creating sub domain on WordPress.com or blogger .blog-spot
will this also affect on my ranking , will Google give another .com and .net domains priority than this sub domains

I can see one of my competitors using WordPress blog (domain,WordPress.com)

and it has ranked better than me , after search i have found that he has ranked better that me because of his domain authority as WordPress domain authority will be better than me

      Please advise

It's never about domain authority don't ever use that as a factor, currently google looks at user retention and backlinks, the longer a user stays on your website the better plus backlinks help these visitors find your site along with the spiders.

Here is what i suggest you do to beat your competitor, find out his linking structure by visiting https://ahrefs.com/ compare his backlinks, then go do the same and more.... Make one article about your main keyword and throw in a couple or related keywords, syndicate these to all the main article and bookmarking sites as soon as you post or just before, then post your copy to your website don';t worry about getting your domain in the first page for now just worrk about getting your backlink there.

Now chop up your article peice by peice or copy and paste the whole content into microsoft word or whatever you use, make it pretty, convert to pdf and youtube videos (you can make a slide of an article). Now go do the same post on slideshow sites/video sites, photosites and pdf sites.... your link and keyword is now everywhere right?

Go a step further and do a new article slightly related to your first articles topic and link this article back to your first article above and rinse and repeat.

Have fun don't forget to also post these links as status updates on your social networks and include hashtags if intergrating twitter

I second this opinion. Some domain extensions are just not OK to use, if you are serious about developing a website.
You risk being seen as 'spam' by both search engines and, well, everyone else for that matter. Take commenting on blogs for backlinks, for instance. Most blog owners already blocked certain domain extensions or, your comment will be sent to spam immediately.

I would certainly recommend to use the .com domain. Not just because such domains can be easier ranked but visitors have more trust for these domains than for others.
You should also remember that now Google doesn't allow new sites to rank well within 6 months since launch.
As for blogs on sub-domains, there are two points you should understand:
    1) installing a blog on a sub-domain protects it if your main site will be penalized for some reason (for example by manual actions in GWT).
    2) installing a blog in a sub-folder shares all social activities (likes, shares etc) between your site and your blog, i.e. your blog sharing will help in promoting your main site.
